Burns on inside right leg, treatment protocol Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBMT)/(LLLT)
  • Date of Injury - 5/12/2017
  • Initial treatment - 5/12/2017 (same day as injury)
  • Second treatment 9/12/17 through opsite dressing cover. 
  • Third and final treatment 12/12/17 final treatment 7 days after injury
The patient was scalded as a result of a pot of boiling water spilling onto his thigh. 
  • The 1st photo depicts the wound being cleaned & blisters removed on 3rd April 2014 the day after injury.
  • The 2nd photo shows the cleaned & debrided wound the next day 4th April 2014. 
  • The 3rd photo is taken on 10th April 2014 after only 2 LLLT treatments between the 4th & 9th April 2014.
